To the Rust family: I am so very sorry for your horrific loss. I was shocked to hear of Bill's death. I worked with Bill for many years within the department and even if you did not know him personally, anyone could tell that he walked in the footsteps of Jesus Christ. He is with him now. I had the privilege and honor to get to know your husband by working on a challenging IT project with him during 2005-2006. He obviously was a great man. He will be greatly missed.
