Bill...We will ALL...MISS YOUR DRY SENCE OF HUMOR!!!

To Bills´ family-I´m so sorry to hear of Bills passing. I worked for him as his secretary in the Davenport schools. He was a gentle, kind man. Amoung the many memories, one stands out- the day the New York towers fell-he pulled a tv into the office and we stood in silence as that tragedy unfolded. His compassion and strength will forever be his legacy.

Les, So sorry to hear about your brothers passing. I know you made many trips up to see him from Texas.

So many great memories from Lombard Street in Davenport. Lots of baseball games, some rounds of golf, and many, many great stories by the greatest story teller of alol time! Our hearts go out to all of you.

Deb, I am so very sorry to hear about Bill`s passing. I do so remember the fun times the four of us spent together before we retired and moved in different directions. Please know my heart goes out to you and your family.
