We feel very fortunate to have known Bill for the few years in his lifetime that we crossed paths. I think our best time was a visit to the Shawsville farm for a charity event where Bill invited Jim for a ride in the truck to tour the property. The two of them had a fabulous time! To me coming from the northeast, Bill was the shining example of a "Southern gentleman"! You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

To Charlotte and Family. I worked with Bill for ten years from 1959 to 1969 and we traveled around together often in our selling endeavours. We socialized at our homes, at parties and playing poker. He was one of my favorite people. I'm sure he remained a really great guy and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers will be with you.

Charlotte and Family

Just heard about Bill's death. It was a shock to both Hubert and I. Please know that you and your family are in our prayers.

Bill was a wonerful friend and neighbor and he will be greatly missed by all of us on Merriman Way Road.
