Retired Army Brig. Gen. William Robert Sarber died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2003.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, at the chapel in Arlington National Cemetery. Interment with full military honors will follow.
