Not sure what to say?

Dear Rose and the Satz family,
Your husband and father was an outstanding man, a gentleman, a scholar and definitely Bill enjoyed a great story with a lot of laughs. His wit and humor will be missed but he is laughing in heaven now with his great friends Al and Mary Conway. In life they were somewhat separated by distance but connected by phone and they are all in heaven now reminiscing about their past adventures and great times together. One of the funniest memories I have was going...

Dr. Satz was the IDEAL educator. It was an honor to have worked for him at his namesake school. Always a gentleman-- never too busy to stop and talk about both professional and personal matters. He knew each one of us and what was going on in our lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you. God Bless you.

Our deepest sympathy to the family....Nancy and Grace

Dr. Satz was a "Gentleman's Gentleman." What a privlege it was to chat with him on the phone! He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. We will keep him in our prayers daily.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

He was one of a kind and he will be sorely missed. A true gentleman in all matters and a great educator. His commitment to the Holmdel School system was above and beyond. He was truly one of a kind. My sympathy to Rosie and the family. It was a privilege to have worked for him.

I am so sorry to learn about the passing of the very beloved educator, Dr. William R. Satz. I remember meeting Dr. Satz a number of years ago at the graduation of the school bearing his namesake. My four children attended Holmdel schools.
I have known Maureen for over twenty-five years as a colleague in Middletown schools. Please accept my family's sympathy. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Suzanne Ruda

Dr.Satz was a gentleman and a true educator. No one could hold a candle to him. He will never know the impact he had on the people who knew him.I am saddened by his death.
