My deepest condolences to the Scatchard's Family on the pass of William. I have had the pleasure of knowing and working will Bill for 10-15 years (if not longer) I will miss his humor, vivid stories, and most of all his jokes. He is out of pain now and is with loved ones and dogs in Heaven. My children called Bill "Mr.Remington" which always made Bill smile. Rest easy my friend. Ciao for now Gennaro Savarese
