Not sure what to say?

We all lost a great friend, great person and maybe the most memorable man I will ever know. Always positive, always with a good word, Bill made the world a better place. I will miss you my friend.

Wellwhat can I say!
He was my first boyfriend,

Sharing your grief,
Mary (Duncan) Worthington

My deepest condolences to Buck & your family from Bill Turrill, Phoenix, AZ. Bill was friend at Frankin High & Theta Chi at UofW in Seattle. My last experience with Bill was playing golf (of course) at a Franklin alumni gathering at Jefferson Park. Bill was better golfer than a football player.

So many happy memories. So many friends and family adored you. We will miss your joyful outlook on life and family. Love, cousin Marilyn

Dear Lorie ("mom"), Paige and Debbie;

I was so saddened to hear about Bill, the four of us, YaYa sisters; Alice McCall, Kathy Larison and Diana Phillips Richardson, had been together for a girls weekend through the 20th of March. Naturally, Bill was discussed lovingly, numerous times.

There are so many "Scatesisms" in my vocabulary - but the one that I hear and repeat often is "Don't confuse efforts with results".

Bill Scates, was, and is a "force", you always knew he...

Dear Lorie and Family -

I was so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I worked with him at Fred. S. James/Sedgwick for about 16 years. I loved his energy and he always seemed to have a smile that was contagious.

During our softball days, he would stand at the pitcher's mound, wind it up and throw strike outs to the other players. We gave him the nickname of "Gaylord Perry" and you could see he loved it. You could also count on Bill to get on the dance floor to show us his...

Dear Lorie and Family -

I worked with Bill at Fred. S. James/Sedgwick for about 16 years. He was so vibrant and energetic that when he came into a room, you knew Bill was there. I loved watching him pitch on our softball team; he was good enough that we nicknamed him "Gaylord Perry". I also have fond memories of him dancing at the Christmas parties.

I will miss you dear Bill.....God Bless you and may you rest in peace.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. You are in our thoughts.

Rest in love dear Bill - Lake Cushman will never be the same without your smile and energy. Blessings to all family and friends.
