William was born on October 23, 1946 and passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2019. William was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing.
Bill was the most wonderful, kind and caring man I have ever met. He's a stand up guy and one of a kind. I know Sylvia and Bill shared a love that was special. He will be missed deeply and will never be forgotten.
