Send FlowersWilliam was born on July 8, 1938 and passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2019. Bill graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a PhD in electrical engineering in 1966. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 21st, at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 9203 S. University Blvd, Highlands Ranch, Colorado, 80126. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to CARE.org in Bill's honor.

I am sorry to hear about Bill's passing. I was an engineer and Bill was my manager for years in the Radar Development Department at Sandia Labs. I learned a lot from him. We used to discuss his times in Wisconsin, since I was originally from Chicago.
Odd that we both ended up moving from Albuquerque to Highlands Ranch, out of chance, never knowing the other lived here too. Small world!
