Not sure what to say?

Mr. Scheetz as I knew him at Eastern High School was my typing teacher. I only had one course with him and it really put me on the right track to be a proficient typist throughout my college courses and with the advent of computers in every aspect of work and home. Mr. Scheetz was a great teacher, a demanding teacher, and as a result I became a great typist. My thanks and respect go to his memory. He attended one of the Class or 1964 informal get togethers and I was able to thank him then...

Mr. Scheetz was a great teacher. I had him for typing and shorthand I and II. I also had the pleasure to babysit his two daughters. Both he and Mrs. Scheetz were great teachers. I'm sure he will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Mr. Scheetz was the best teacher I ever had....he taught me so much....he not only was a teacher, but a good friend...so glad I got to visit with him and Mrs.Scheetz some time ago.....Mr. Scheetz will never be forgotten! Heaven received another angel...

I had Mr. Scheetz for Shorthand I and II. I still use my shorthand to this day for grocery and Christmas lists, journaling, notes on my calendar, etc. His classes were always great fun. I also had his wife, Ann, for English. She, too, was one of my favorites. She made such an impression on me to always use proper grammar. That was passed down to my girls. Thank you both for being great teachers.

My sympathy to the family. I didn't have Mr Sheetz in high school, but was his server at a local restaurant he frequented. He was always enjoyable to chat with and had a great sense of humor. Rest In Peace Mr Sheetz.
