Read MoreI grew up on Bill's street - he was my grandparent's neighbor of 50 years. I remember seeing Bill doing yard work for hours, every summer. It's very sad to know that Bill is gone. Bill Schiffer was my next-door neighbor for 50 years. I'm now 97 years old myself. Bill would always tell me, "Joe, my grass is crying" and we would laugh. Bill and Dorothy were some of the best neighbors on our street and I'm sad to see Bill pass away; however, I am thankful he is at peace and no longer suffering. I wish his family prayers and peace at this time. -Joe G.

Dorothy God bless you and your family in this time of Bills passing . Prayers of Comfort for You and the Family .I Only knew Bill for a few years but I will miss Bill for sure , he had a crazy wit about him that really made me laugh at times and Im sure bill had that same effect on others that knew him.
