My warmest sympathies to Bill's family. He was a rare gem. I worked with Bill at EBTEC and had some fun conversations. He always said hello, good morning, good afternoon (every time I walked by his station). His "tough" exterior was no match for his softer side. He had a kind soul and his smile will be missed. May he now Rest In Peace. God Bless.
