My sincere condolences to all of Bill's family. Bill hired me to serve as Chief of the Shaker Heights Fire Department in 1993. Bill was a fair, talented And excellent C.A.O. I worked for Bill for 5 years and having earned his trust, we made many improvements in the SHFD.
I am out of town and cannot attend Bill's Mass.. I will make a contribution in his name to the Hospice of the Western Reserve.

May God bless you in this time of sorrow, but know that his memory will live forever in your hearts. I have fond memories during my days at the Regional Income Tax Agency and dealing with Bill, and also working with his wonderful girls.
