I had the pleasure of working with Rowlett briefly when our longtime real estate attorney fully retired. When my mother passed away not too long after, he was a great support in working on some complicated deals. His intelligence, wit, and confidence in my abilities was invaluable. I will always remember him for that. My sincere condolences to his family and loved ones.

I worked for 10+ years with Mr. Scott at Armstrong Allen law firm; he was one of my most favorite among all the attorneys. He was a perfectionist and expected the same from others who worked with him. This world has lost one of the truly great ones.

Pitt and I send our condolences. We are so grateful for Rowlett's lifetime of service to our community, particularly to the Brooks Museum, which benefitted greatly from his steady counsel and wisdom.

On behalf of me and my family I would like to express our admiration for all that Rowlett accomplished professionally and all that he represented personally as well as acknowledge the gracious and humble role model he displayed. A man of charitable depth, unique sensitivity and unwavering moral character he will be sorely missed and always greatly admired by friends and family alike. Rest In Peace, dear cousin, and thank you one last time for always being there.

I remember Rowlett well from both Bellevue Junior High and Central High. He was a brilliant student and a wonderful leader.
