William "Bill" Scoular

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Bill Scoular on November 18, 2024, in Gilbert, Arizona. A cherished husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend, Bill touched the lives of many with his kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit. He leaves behind a legacy of love and precious memories that will forever be treasured.

A prayer service will take place at Heritage Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.  Family will be present for visitation beginning at 4:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Ching, and their fur baby, Bailey. Bill also leaves behind his brother, Jim (Ann) Scoular. He will be deeply missed by his nephews and nieces, Jamie (Sarah) Scoular, Jeff (Libby) Scoular, Jen Bryant, Jacqui (Rob) Meadors, Bryce Go, Michelle Putis, Ella Putis, Lexie Go; sisters-in-law, Marilou vom Stein, Marivic Roshon, Marmie Go;  brothers-in-law, Ferdinand Putis, Arjie Go. Bill was also cherished by his 11 grand nephews and nieces.

Bill was the beloved son of Ralph and Hazel Scoular. The values instilled in him by his parents made him treasure his family and find immense joy in sharing wonderful moments with them. His presence illuminated the lives of all who knew him and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love and gratitude of those who were fortunate enough to have spent time with him.

Memorial can be directed in Bill's name to the Sioux Falls Humane Society or the El Riad Shrine.
