Bill was my closest friend - we shared many interests, as he was also an engineer/artist who loved to travel. Some of my best memories are the trips I took with Bill and Nancy to local art galleries as well as museums all over the world. Bill was truly a great and caring friend.

Bill will always be remembered as a gentle spirit -- kind and very positive. i knew him from Vanguard Artists, and we worked together several years ago planning a holiday party that was very special and enjoyed by all. He will be truly missed.

I knew Bill from the Sun City West Art Club and found him to be such a wonderful and talented man.
He will be greatly missed by one and all who knew him.
A.J. Palmer

Bill was a well-respected and true technical guru at Electric Boat and as a Technical Chief his name appeared on many documents related to the design of S5W ships- submarines with fifth generation Westinghouse nuclear reactors. I recall a discussion with Bill as he was planning retirement- buying a heavy-duty Ford pickup and RV, selling his house and traveling around the U.S. Happy to hear that he continued to enjoy traveling during his retirement years.

Chris, Corrine & Billy,
Sorry to hear of your Dad's passing.
I think about some funny memories from Seaport Heights and hope you are all well.
Chris, please reach out to me if you would like; I no longer have your number. 860-536-4007

It felt like I finally returned to Sun City West after I saw Bill at an easel in the art room. He was always friendly and had a smile on his face. He painted beautifully.

I am very sorry to learn of Bill's passing. He was a kind and thoughtful friend and the years skiing in Vermont leave fond memories. May he be at Peace.
