I remember BILL well as a colleague at Channel 7/Boston. He was a top flight journalist with an old school mindset about accuracy and ethics. Bill brought a warm sense of humor to our newsroom which was always bustling with activity. I lost track of Bill when he left Channel 7. My condolences to Bill's family and friends. His passing is felt by those of us who had the pleasure of his company in Boston when our world was a little younger.

Deepest sympathy to Bills family. It was a pleasure co-anchoring an early morning broadcast Daybeak with him at Bostons channel 7.

Bill was part of our "young Turks brigade" at Ch 7 Boston. Seems like yesterday but was decades and decades ago. Bill was dedicated and a driving force. He also was affable, kind and compassionate. A splendid colleague...so well remembered. Condolences to Bill's family and friends.

Bill was one of the first great reporters I met and worked with in Boston WNAC, then he went to Sloan soon after, sad to learn of his passing at such a young age .
