Not sure what to say?

When Bill was on WROW I would listen to him almost daily. To this day I play the tape of his voice introducing songs of the time and his memory. Such a loss! God bless you Bill.

Having come across Bill Shallcross `s name recently on one of my older cassettes I was disappointed to learn of his passing! What I remember of him on WROW was that he played a modern type of Jazz music which I loved. My condolences go out to his family . May he rest in peace.

I am deeply saddened to learn of your loss. I have such fond memories of precious time spent with a beautiful and loving family on Birchwood Court. The traditional Thanksgiving holiday gatherings, Galaxina, and the lighting strike are just a few.

I was fortunate enough to work with Mr. Shallcross at WROW for a few months. Bill made me feel as if I had been there for years. A big heart, a stunning voice, and always had a smile for all. My prayers are with the family.

Barbara,Jamie,Rody,Alex, and children,

Bill was blessed to have such a good family.
He will be missed on Birchwood Lane. We remember watching Brian (maybe 5 years old) and his Grandfather walk down the street hand in hand on a beautiful afternoon.

I have many fond memories of listening to Bill's morning show on WROW-FM. Not many radio personalities get to do a show after being told they are being replaced. Bill was given that opportunity at WROW-FM no doubt because of the professional he was. He went out with his head held high in what I would describe as my most memorable memory of radio listening. I know I am not alone in knowing that we have lost one of the best radio has ever heard. Condolences to the Shallcross family.

We loved and enjoyed Bill on the radio many early mornings. Our prayers are with the family and may you know how respected and admired Bill was.

A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam; and for a brief moment it's beauty and glory belong to our world. But then it flies on again. And though we wish it could have stayed, we are blessed just to have seen it.

I am saddened to learn of Bill's passing. I can recall countless hours of enjoyment, listening to his show on WROW. May he rest in peace.
