Wiggie was on the city council when I first arrived in Georgetown in 1980 and the city was in the throes of a very serious water contamination problem. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Shell family. Wiggy was everyone's friend and has done so much for this community. He will be greatly missed but may your fond memories help to ease your grief until you meet again. Pete and Nancy Zenner

Wiggy was a friend to all. He will be missed. I worked with him when I worked at Georgetown Medical Center. I knew both him and Evelyn. They were great people -- always willing to lend a helping hand. I know Wiggy is with Evelyn again. My prayers go out to the family.
