Shields Family:

Bill was a caring, thoughtful and loyal friend. He was brilliant. He was a super athlete. He was Sparky for many of us, a hilarious, fun, happy guy we loved to be with. To the Shields family: I was so sorry to hear the news Billy had passed away. My prayers are with you at this very difficult time. I remember so clearly to this day him helping me our 10 year high school reunion. What a blast we all had.
