Not sure what to say?

I am sure he is sorely missed by close buddies. I only had the pleasure of meeting him once just before he died. RIP Bully.

I was very sad to hear of Billy's passing. I will always remember him fondly, and of all the good times and laughs we had working together at The Sign of the Whale. My deepest Condolences to his loved ones.

Farewell to one of the best mates that I've had in my lifetime. We shared many great times and good fellowship over a few beverages during my numerous visits to DC over the past 23 years. Fatewelled but nemver forgotten.
Your good mate, John Knowles Melbourne Austrlia

Washington DC will always remind us of you.

Billy obviously brought joy and laughter to many. Lucky to have met you back in September whilst holidaying with Shak. May you rest peacefully and be welcomed to heaven with open arms. Garry and Chrissy Lasker, Sydney Australia.

Bill brought laughter and happiness into our lives. He was a bright shining light.
Rest in peace.

Sending my condolences to the family. May God give you strength and peace during this difficult time. (Psalm 29:11)

Bill and I have been friends since we were 7 years old we traveled many roads together and I will miss him and his wonderful sense of humor

Billy was a great friend and a great guy. Had the pleasure of working with him several times in Atlanta and of calling him friend. He will be missed but never forgotten.
