Not sure what to say?

As we approach the anniversary of Bill's passing, my thoughts and prayers are completely with Patsy, our dear friend. I often think of Bill especially when I witness someone achieving something special. Bill was one of the smartest people I've ever met, yet one of the most genuine too. We laughed together at our wives' antics, discussed theology, golf, and family; and enjoyed east Texas "cuisine" together. I miss Bill immensely...he's truly a force who will always be beside us. Much love,...

I'm so sorry for your loss Patsy! I only got to meet Biill on several occasions. But I had a lot of respect for him. I felt a true mental connection with him. It was we were on the same mental wave length. Now living less than 30 minutes away I should have taken the time to get to know him better.

Love and prayers to the family!

"Uncle Bill" will always have a special place in my heart -- he was a dear, true friend to my father, Travis, (and mother!, Cathy) and such a wonderful husband to Patsy and father to all his children. We will miss you - rest in peace.

Bill was like the big brother I never had, and remembering all he was brings many smiles and so much respect. To Patsy and all his family: he loved you like no other could. Let's all have his legacy stimulate us to better the world too.

(Much love and peace, my friend)

Bill was an amazing individual with a beautiful soul. I will miss his stories and his wit. To Patsy, please know that you, your lovely family and all that had the honor of calling him a friend are in our hearts and prayers.

We will miss "Uncle" Bill terribly but will enjoy the memories forever. Rest in Peace.

Alan, My sincere condolences to you and the rest of the family.

What a remarkable man your father sounded - looks like he lived as full and exciting a life as any man can. From the sound of things he also gave back as much as he took from the world - very few people can say that and I know you will be so proud of his life testimony.

What an honor to share a small part of his amazing life. I will truly miss him. Continued prayers for his beautiful family.

Kevin, Laura and Alan,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. In all that time I lived down the street from you, I never knew he was such an important business guy. I just knew that he was important to all of us cause he was your dad. I will be praying for comfort and peace for you all and that knowing he had nothing more on his "bucket list" is such a great gift from God. You all are in my thoughts, prayers and in my heart at this time.
