Bill was a very nice person, have known him for years. No matter how bad he felt, he ALWAYS had smile on his face. He sure will be saddly missed by all. Bill sure was a pleasure to visit. God Bless You, Bill.

Bill was a wonderful and fun person to visit. We will always remember all the good times and the joy he would bring to our day. He will be carried around in both Bob's and my heart forever.Always a sweet smiling Mr. Bill. We will miss him so much. Our deepest sympathy to Sara and family.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. Bill and I went to Williamsport Technical Institute together and I worked with Bill at the Pennsylvania Department of Property and Supplies for 25 years. Bill was always a very happy, positive and caring person and I am honored to have known Bill. May your memories bring you comfort.

I am so sorry to hear of Billy's passing. My thoughts, Prayers and sympathy go out to his family and friends.
