Not sure what to say?

Think about you every day dear friend Bill. I have the photograph of you, Bob Schultz and me at one of our "reunions" front and center in my family room. We were, and always will be long time best friends.

Continue to miss you Bill, fortunately I have your calendar that reminds me of one of my best friends that I have never met! If I am fortunate to pass through and go to the promised land I hope you invite me to the table so we can talk.

Bill not only did amazing A2 scenes, but I was fortunate to commission him twice to do 2 different watercolor scenes representing meaningful memory landscapes for my sister (Northport) and best friend (Hanover, IL). He was a deeply thoughtful collaborator...always listening fully...gentle in his inquiry and brilliant in his capture of the detail and spirit of both places. Years later I commissioned Bill to draw a rendition of my mother's farm house home to give her for her Christmas present, the last Christmas she was with us. It now hangs in my home and is a treasured memory. Decades later my son commissioned Bill to do a picture of his family's home to give to his wife for Christmas and it is a treasured...

Bill was an incredible guy whol loved life. I played with Bill in several bands and he was leading our latest group. He loved art and music and was able to entertain folks right to the end. It was a shock to hear of his passing and he will be dearly missed. My sympathies to his family we all know how much they meant to him.
