You were a good friend, Bill. Only about a year ago we finally got in touch again after 58 years. We knew each other from 1941 (at Emerson Elementary School) to 1953 when we graduated from Burbank High School. You were such a happy person and very funny too. You were a GREAT guy. You are already missed so much. Rest in Peace my friend.

My is James Pizzey, I first met Bill when I was a compressor stn. operator for Alberta Natural Gas Co.,at the Crowsnest Compressor Stn. One at the Aberta/British Columbia border.
Many times during shift work I would have the opportunity to have Bill as the Spokane controller, He would give the horsepower request to me . The times we spent on the phone or teletype was very rewarding. His sense of humor was great. Since Bills retirement we often would meet with Bill and Alice in Spokane...

Stacey, I did not know your dad except through your stories and how much he had an impact on who you are today. This photo of him really shows your smile and the sense of humor that has been at the foundation of our friendship. I am thankful for his incredible gift to the world in you. Love, Selena

Stacey - your mom and dad always made me feel welcome in your home growing up. I was so jealous of you for having such great parents. You are blessed by his love in so many ways.

To say he made me laugh is so true but the most he did was always make me feel welcomed. A great man who with his loving wife raised a great family. He let me have one of the greatest friends one could ever have in his beautiful daughter Stacy, who kept me grounded. He will be missed by all but the blessing was for all of us who had the privilege To know him.
To Mr. Sidlow I say thank you for always welcoming me into your home and to Stacy and Mrs. Sidlow my deepest sympathy.
