Dear Lorna and Family-
Sharon and I were sorry to hear of Bill's passing.
I first met bill when he did some riding with us at Baystate ambulance. He ended up working part time after work, and was a Great EMT. All of the folks at the Ambulance loved working with him. He was such a down to earth person,and didn't mind getting his hands dirty with the rest of us, helping the people of Springfield. He used to say he worked at "Third National". Dear Lorna:

It was with sadness that I read about Bill's passing today. He was the definition of the word "gentleman." He was an extraordinary story teller, but a better listener, which is more important. The two of you were a couple to be relished and loved. The world is a little dimmer by his leaving.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Although we haven't seen each other in a while, the memories persist.
