William P. Skemp

I want to extend my sympathy to Bill's family. My dad (La Vern Kostner) was an attorney in Arcadia, and he and Bill worked together on a lot of cases and became good friends. Dad always said that if you wanted to hire the best lawyer money could buy, you hired Bill Skemp. That is quite a compliment for your dad and grandfather. I know you'll always miss your mom and dad, but they'll always be with you in spirit.

The first time I met Bill in his office, I liked him. Down to earth, forthright, a telling it like it is kind of guy along w/a great sense humor. I always felt confident in his expertise & never doubted his talent as a lawyer. I'm sorry for his loss & his families loss. As the expression goes, good people.
