I was sorry to read of Bill Smallwood's passing. I knew him many years ago in Springfield in Jacksonville. I met my late husband in Mr Olen Smallwood's store on the corner of Sixth and Walnut street in Jacksonville.
My husband Jimmy Arnold thought the world of the Smallwoods, they were like family. My condolences to the family. God bless you all.
