Not sure what to say?

7 years later Skip´s passing still stings. This time of year is especially painful as FSU football was always a rallying point for Skip and all his friends to get together. Skip would always join us and while he wouldn´t always go to the game, he´d be at the tailgate for fellowship. As mentioned by Steve Tombrink, Skip´s generosity and kindness was always extended to our kids, Will & Lauren both got to know brother Skip through their visits to Tallahassee and his tough exterior but heart...

Skip was always a pleasure to work with at Capital City Bank. My heart aches for all of his family.

It has been many years since I saw Skip , but throughout the 80s and early 90s we had many fine and memorable times........the "rock king" is with god.........see you down the road brother........

I am saddened by the passing of Skip. He was a kind, and funny man who loved his family fiercely. He will be missed by all.

My condolences to the Smith family.
I worked with Skip for years at the Barnett Bank downtown.
What a smart and wonderful young man he was.
Your family will be in my prayers.

There was no better friend and man than Skip. My heart is broken however, my 39 year friendship I will cherish forever. Rest now my good brother. I will see you on the other side.
