Dear Family, I was so sad to hear about William and what happened. He was always super kind to me as a customer of Cactus,and always looked out for the best in his customer service. I did not know him very well outside of work, but he always said how he enjoyed following me on my Facebook to see my dance or karaoke events. Harriett, I am so very sorry to hear of the tragic loss of your son. There are no words that can ease the sorrow that you and your family are going through. I met William at the carwash and although I didn't know him personally, I did know him from a business perspective. He was professional and always very nice and willing to help with any client concerns.
