So sad to hear of the passing of Bill Smith. I believe that I first met Bill in the seventh or eighth grade at Buckingham school in Norwich and then through H.S. Bill was a quality person and a tribute to his family. May he rest in Peace -- R.R. Russ 5/23/23 class of''65'' N.F.A.
