I was very surprised to learn of Bills passing he was a wonderful man who loved God and always had a kind word for everyone. My Father Fred Culver and he were good friends and he was always willing to talk to us kids and make time for us. My Dad will sorely miss him as well as anyone who was blessed to know him.
