To Kay and family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. I have very fond memories growing up and knowing both Bill and Kay and all the neighbors. It was a special time. Rest In Peace.

He was a very special man to alot of ppl. Including me... he always made me feel as though I was family only to find out later in my life that we were related distantly.
