Bill was a close friend and fellow glider pilot. He and Laura open their house for my 2 sons when I was at the UofM hospital with a broken leg. Truly a wonderful individual.

I remember Bill when he and Laura graciously invited me to stay at their home in Ann Arbor, while my husband (now deceased) had suffered another heart attack and needed to stay in the A.A. hospital for a week. Bill was very kind and intelligent. My deepest condolences to Laura and Bill's family.
