Our sympathies to the family of Bill Speier. We were all so fortunate to have known this very special man. His engaging smile, quick wit, and positive energy lit up every room that he entered. Bill embodied the spirit of that classic song from many decades ago: "Accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative"!
