Bill was a special soul. I am honored to have had the chance to meet and get to know him in the final years of his life. He had so much knowledge to share and conversations with him were always such a pleasure with his witty sense of humor and kind spirit. His love for his wife was beyond evident. Bill is so greatly missed.
