As a research psychologist with the Army, i was a close friend and colleague of Bill's for over 20 years. We kept in touch after Bill's retirement and had many conversations by telephone, mostly on military history, his favorite topic. I am deeply saddened at the news of Bill's passing.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dr Bill whom I worked with for many years in the PA National Guard and at Dunham Army Health Clinic, Carlisle Barracks. He was always a power house of information and resourcefulness for us and sincerely willing to help our military personnel in any way possible.
