Not sure what to say?

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

May God Bless his family.
"Daddy Bill" was a wonderful, generous, loving man. I so enjoyed visiting his home & listening to his stories.

What a wonderful man with a great big heart Bill was. I will always be thankful to him and his compassionate care during my own sadness, the loss of my husband, Lewis. He was so kind in helping me with his funeral in 2002.

It was a joy to me to realize he was part of my precious Cynthia's family, too.

May God bless each of you now and forever. This mighty man of God will be sorely missed by so many.

Daddy Bill was a gentle, kind, loving giant at Restland Funeral Home, all of us that had the pleasure of working with him were truly blessed to have him in our lives. We were a special family and loved each other so much. I have missed all of my Directors for years but I know I will without a doubt see Daddy Bill in Heaven. I can just see him, Otis, Harry, and Dick sitting at the table with Jesus now. We were blessed to have him in our life. Love you forever Daddy Bill.

Bill Spurlock was a Funeral Director's Funeral Directior. Starting in the a Funeral Industry before computers, Bill was the one who taught most of us the PROTOCAL for our extensive paperwork. His penmanship was inpeccable, always clearer than any electronic printout. He taught me how to print using only two hand motions. He always shared his love of God and the peace that he drew from his faith. Bill and Lona instilled a true Southern respect in his family and was one who was always proud to...

Bill was truly a great director. Enjoyed working with Bill through the years at Restland. Bill will be truly missed.

Bill was a good man. He always had my full respect. I wish his family well.
