Not sure what to say?

I was not aware that Dr. Stallworth had passed away until I read the tribute in The Charlotte Observer on Dr. Harvey May recently. As expressed so many times in this Guest Book, he truly was a caring and kind doctor. He delivered my daughter in 1976 and as already mentioned, he always made you feel like you were his only patient. I wish we had more doctors today like Drs. May, McLeod and Stallworth.

Jean,
I just found out about Bill's passing. I am so very sorry. He emailed me about 6 months ago and it was so good to hear from him. I think everything has been said about how caring, kind, sweet and considerate he was. I think he made all of his patients feel like they were his only ones. I really appreciated all the time he spent with me. He delivered all 3 of my girls and I knew if I ever had a problem he would take the time to help me with it. I am so glad that you had 57...

Several of Dr. Stallworth's patients have expressed my
very thoughts and memories of him. I am not surprised that
he made ALL feel as if they were his favorite. He had a gift
for caring and making people feel special and precious. It was quite comforting to know that our two children were born into the hands of such a man. I often found myself moved to tears over his compassion for my concerns.
May God comfort you all in your adjustment to this earthly life without him and...

Dr. Stallworth was a great doctor and a truly special person. He was my mother's doctor before he became mine. I loved him as I am sure many of his patients did. He was funny and caring and I miss that kind of relationship. He didn't deliver either one of my children because he was out of town visiting family but I knew he cared about me. I am so sorry for your loss. Laura Miller Hildreth (Charlotte)

As we walk through this life, we are sometimes blessed by crossing paths with special people who make our lives fuller and more meaningful by having known them. Dr. Stallworth was such a person. He was there for the two most difficult, amazing, and memorable moments of my life, the birth of my children, and he made those events all the more beautiful. To look into his eyes and watch the smiles come to his face, you knew without a doubt that all was well. A man of great integrity,...

What a sad day. He was such a fine man and doctor. Almost 25 years ago he brought my Emily into this world. I think of him often, his ever present smile and kindness towards my family.
Sincerely

Dear Jean, Sarah and family, I will miss his wit, his hugs and his smile :) The Whitneys have your entire family in our thoughts. We love you!

As an Alumnus of Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing as well as my sister, Nancy Willis, he will be missed and our sympathy is to all of his family. What a wonderful friend he was to nurses.

Nancy & Family,
Our thoughts are with you. Your Dad will be missed by the many lives he touched. May you find comfort in the days ahead.
