I hosted open mic night at The Treehouse in Collingswood where Willie Tapps was a beloved regular. With a twinkle in his eye, joy in his heart, and a trademark hat, Willie had the power to transform any random Tuesday into something special. His presence lit up the room. I carry his performances with me and they always make me smile. What a special gift that is. Thank You Willie!

Rest In Peace

I knew Willie from Windsor Towers as the best Doorman we had. He loved meeting and greeting everyone and enjoyed helping everyone. Easy to talk to and talented. He was always positive. Sad to hear about his passing. He is gone too soon..

I'll always smile when I think of you. Thank you for such sweet memories.

With the exception of these past few days, it is impossible for me to think of you and not smile. You were such a bright light and positive creative force in this world-- I hope to gig with you some day again if I could be so fortunate. God bless your soul and your great family.
