Dear Steck Family, I knew Bill from the VA-163 Saints Navy Squadron. Bill was an original Saint "Plank Walker" when the Sq first started-up in FL. I met Bill at the Saints Reunions and the sinking of the USS Orkisany in Pensacola. I put all of Bill's Navy Photos on the Saints website for him. He will be missed by all the Saints family.
