Dear Steck Family, I knew Bill from the VA-163 Saints Navy Squadron. Bill was an original Saint "Plank Walker" when the Sq first started-up in FL. I met Bill at the Saints Reunions and the sinking of the USS Orkisany in Pensacola. I put all of Bill's Navy Photos on the Saints website for him. He will be missed by all the Saints family. May he rest in peace. Ed Copher "Saints Keeper of the Flame"
