Billy was my brother. The day he died a piece of my soul went with him. I still mourn his loss. The beautiful memories I shared with him on the beaches of FL, trips to visit him in CA and the many adventures we shared will forever carry me through this loss. I've just learned of the news about Bill, and so sorry to hear of his passing. We were classmates in Nuclear Power School and at prototype in NY. I was also fortunate to visit his parents home in Satellite Beach for our graduation party in Sept 1980, and was grateful for the hospitality from his wonderful parents and sister. I also met his brother Joe in Norfolk, VA on our transfer trip to NY following Nuc School. I have some pictures of Bill around that time that I would like to share...
