Mr Stiff was my speech teacher at Ben Sherman Middle School. He was a great teacher! I was talking with him one day at church and he said Phil I think you are old enough to call me Bill. I always called him Mr Stiff. I will always remember Tell them what you are going to tell them, Tell them, then tell them what you told them. Rest In Peace Mr Stiff.
