William passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. William was a resident of Crestview Hills, Kentucky at the time of passing. Bill served our country in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII. Visitation is on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 3:30 PM until the hour of Service at 5:30 PM all in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.

Enjoyed many years of friendship with Bill during our inspector training events and served with him for several years on the local code association board of directors...Bill was greatly respected throughout the community for his wealth of construction knowledge, and everyone truly loved listening to all of his interesting and humorous stories about his life and careers...it was a privilege to know him and to share the same career path with him for the past 20 years...RIP my sweet friend...you...

Bill was a well respected member of the local building inspector community. As a young inspector, Bill had many words of wisdom for me and we periodically shared code related discussions. I saw Bill regularly at code related training and meetings and it was always a pleasure to chat with him. The amount of knowledge lost with his passing will be irreplaceable.
