I WAS VERY SADDENED TO HEAR OF BILL'S PASSING. I ENJOYED GETTING TO KNOW HIM BETTER WHILE HE SERVED AS VILLAGE TREASURER. HE WAS A PERSONABLE AND INTELLIGENT MAN AND ALWAYS TOOK THE TIME TO HAVE A LIVELY CONVERSATION WHENEVER I RAN INTO HIM.
