It is times like these when we lose great people like Billy that we reflect on all the good times and fun that we have had with each other. Billy was not only my cousin but my friend growing up until life happens and we go our separate ways and are to busy to reach out to each other. I was totally shocked to find out about his passing. To his Mom Aunt Jo Jo and uncle Sonny and family I want to express my deepest condolences. He will be missed by all!

Just found out of Billy"s passing. My condolences to the entire family. Billy was a great person! I have many, many great memories of growing up with the Storms family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. J.W.
