Not sure what to say?

Words can not describe how sad and upset I feel to have lost Scott. We just reconnected in early December last year after I left Westbay 2 Years ago. The void you left with your passing Scott will never be filled.

I was so sad to hear of Scotts passing. I had worked with Scott a few years back at West Bay. I use to love to laugh and gossip with Scott in the office in the Am's before we would go see our pts for the day. Scott always was a Kind hearted person. You will be missed by all!

We will miss you so much Scott. Our hearts are broken. Diane and Greg Weston, Fair Oaks, California

In the short time we knew him Scott felt like a close friend we had known for a long time. Although his visits were of a medical nature, he would often stay and socialize with us over a cup of coffee. We found him to be a very informative and interesting person. Scott's knowledge and...
