Not sure what to say?

Sorry to hear of Bill's passing Sherry and family. He was a great Judge and good man. He was a role model for those of us with children that are now attorney's.

RIP MY FRIEND BILL !!!! WONDERFUL MAN !!!!

I was truly saddened to learn that Judge Swigert had died. My thoughts and prayers are with the Swigert family. I met him in the early 1990's when at the law library after applying for a job. I didn't know who he was, but he asked me "do you take shorthand?" When I answered "yes" he said "your hired." Many many fond memories of my time working with him.

Brett, Bill, and family, I deeply regret to have missed the service but I remember your father with great admiration and respect. I wish you all much comfort and support and I hope our paths will cross again soon.

No one who ever worked within the legal system in Marion County could remember Judge Swigert without smiling.... Each of us has a Judge Swigert "story" to recount. What a unique individual. He touched so many lives; he will be missed. Prayers go out to his family.

I too enjoyed working with Judge Swigert. He was compassionate in his work on the bench. I will remember him and his friendly smile.

Bill was my first Atty. years ago.So sorry for your loss..I know your hurt I know your pain..Prayers go out to the family..Bill, will be missed. Phillip Bare and family.

May God comfort you with His peace and strength. Please know that we are here for you. Judge Swigert was a kind and good man. He will be missed.
