Not sure what to say?

Bonny,
I contacted Brooke on Facebook, about a post that she had shared and asked her to please say hello to you guys. I am so very sorry to hear about Bill passing away. I left Frederick in 2012 and moved to North Carolina. I remember when he had cancer and was in remission. I love you guys and always remember all of the laughs and fun that we had downtown. Bill was always so comforting to talk to and so very funny. Please know that you both will always be in my thoughts, deepest sympathy...

Bill was one of first ski reps I worked with in setting up Village Skis & Bikes 30 years ago. Always loved his honesty and friendship over the years. Bill will be missed by all of us in the ski business.

Bill was both friend and mentor in my first year at VMI. I relied on him to offer counsel and advice in the difficult days of balancing academics and military discipline that embodied the VMI educational system. He was always there when I needed someone to rely on for help, and I knew that he would provide the support I needed to get through the difficult times. Although we have lost touch over these many years since our graduation, I have often thought of him with fond memories. May he rest...

Although it has been many years since we have been in touch, I remember Bill with great admiration. He was a mentor to me as I made my way through my "Rat" year at VMI, and as a Winchester native, I felt very close to him. I have thought of him often over the years since we graduated and knew that he would be successful in whatever endeavor he chose to pursue in life. I will remember him as a friend and prominent graduate of VMI. May he rest in peace.

Carrington and Jimmy, I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. May God bless you and your family through this difficult time.
