I grew up with Bill in the old Buckeye Rd. neighborhood, living on Tennyson rd..Played ball at Eberhard field on 90th St. We were on the Police Dept. at same time, he worked in Radio and I was in uniform on the streets. Often kidded about being shirttail cousins, having the same last name. God Bless such a great guy. He Will be missed.
